He is very knowledgeable on diet aswel as exercise and even suggested some alternative snacks for me, as I am terrible snacker. “I recently discovered the Nuffield Health Centre in Hull and was amazed that such a great facility was right here. The gym is well equipped, the swimming pool is clean and perfect for both exercise and relaxation, and the tennis courts are a brilliant bonus. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I honestly didn’t know this place existed in Hull – it really feels like a hidden gem for health and fitness. “Some good spas in the showroom and some swim spas. Ethan was our guide to all things Jacuzzi and air source heat pumps. We've had a spa for 21 years and loved it, but it's time to get a new one. Ethan talked it over with us, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He encouraged us, and our grandchildren to dry test the spa's in the showroom, to see which we liked. Thanks to Ethan, we've chosen the right spa for us, and can't wait for installation.”

“I used thecswimming pool only in the gym for privat lesson for my doughter as the public pool is always filled and crowded and the teacher can not give my doughter her time for the lesson and see what she is doing.”

“The review is only for Swimming academy! My daughter joined swimming classes with Lucy Chrost when she was three, and she now moved level up as she turned 4. We absolutely love every lesson with Lucy! She always finds energy to deal with kids with a smile, makes lessons fun, interactive, inclusive. I was amazed witnessing her, there was one day when she was In the middle of explaining the next exercise to the kids and one of the students was messing about and put arm bands on his feet. She stopped almost mid sentence and immediately turned over to the kid and explained why it is unsafe to do that. Because it was a safety thing. I was amazed! Very grateful and happy to be part for team splosh!”

“Recently purchased a Hot Tub from Phil at Platinum Leisure and can’t recommend them enough. Spoke to a few companies and did some research using WhatSpa and thought I knew what I wanted. Some of the other companies where trying the hard sell and felt akin to buying double glazing but Phil was different. Gave advice which was genuine and even recommended a model from last year which meant we got more for our money and was great choice. Installation was very professional and even stayed late to make sure everything was ok before they left even though it meant a very long day. Kept in touch since and resolved a couple of issue quickly and professionally. If you looking at buying a hot tub then speak to Phil as you get a very personal service rather than just getting to sell you a tub like you get with some of the others.”

“We enjoyed a 3hr Walking Netball session with members from clubs in our area. It was organised by Olivia Park who is our East Yorkshire Netball England contact. We had 4 teams of mixed abilities. This time we where playing a mini league with teams from South Cave, Recketts, Haltemprice, Hessle, South Holderness and Withernsea. It was tiring playing 2 full games in a session. It was good to see the other groups.”

The park features walking paths, ponds, bird-watching areas, playgrounds, and open spaces. It’s great for children, too, with so many birds to see. If you enjoy fishing, you’ll find that opportunity here as well.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Woodford Leisure Centre! The leisure pool is perfect for all ages, with warm, clean water and fun features that keep everyone entertained. It’s spacious but still feels safe and well-organized. A special mention goes to the lifeguards, who were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. It was making sure everyone was safe while still creating a welcoming and relaxed. In the leisure pool they have waves and slide for everyone to enjoy. The teaching pool at Woodford Leisure Centre is absolutely fantastic! It’s warm, clean, and perfectly designed for beginners for young children and adults. The shallow depth makes it feel very safe and welcoming, which is great for building water confidence. The instructors are friendly, patient, and really know how to make learning fun. I couldn’t recommend it more highly for anyone looking for a great place to start swimming!”

“These swimming baths are so old and quaint. They have no trouble (unlike ennerdale and woodford the modern ones in hull). All staff very good and kept lively and clean.”

“Although this facility is getting in a bit, over 40 years old, it's still well maintained and fresh. The changing area was clean and the showers were excellent. The staff were friendly. This was my first visit in over 8 years and I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately the small pool is currently out of action”

“It's arguably one of the most equipped playgrounds for kids in HU7. Children got a lot of options to pick from. Some outdoor gym stuff there too apparently donated by Adidas -though might need a little lubrication due to the exposure to moistures.”
