Excellent service from the lady who even though she said it wasn't her usual store (normally At Stephen's) she still helped my Mam find the crossword books. The shop is narrow but long, tidy and as always great. I love finding random things in The Works

Always have to look around this store. Lots of items for those who do arts and Crafts, there are novels 3 for £5, stationary. Brill
