   I was in North point shopping centre. I entered the shop to be greeted by a lady who said, hello nice to see you, if you need any help let me know. I was so shocked at how welcome she made me feel, after working all day and not one of my colleagues had been so polite, it was just a mood changing minute. Just wanted to say that, maybe the staff do this to every customer, without really ever imagining how powerful just been nice and noticing someone really is. So Thank you just wanted to commend the North point staff.
