Stayed overnight in en-suite block which is like a short terrace of wooden chalets. Clean and comfortable with TV and drink making facilities. Breakfast was served at table and was good. The location is a riding stables alongside a busy main road but rooms are on the far side of a large riding rink. There can be slight traffic noise but I found it acceptable. The gardens are lovely and extensive. Plenty of parking space. There are also rooms in the main house but I did not see them. Friendly staff. Entrance to the premises is through a five bar wooden gate and up a driveway. I would use again.

Fabulous surroundings in a working stables, very comfortable accommodation with more facilities than you get in an IBIS/Premier Lodge and the owners are really friendly and helpful all for a really reasonable price! I will definitely book here again next time I work in MK. Very impressed!

Very different to the major chain hotels I normally stay in whilst doing my coaching/training work throughout the UK. I actually stayed inside the main house and was made to feel very welcome by the owner. Very quiet and comfortable nights sleep I would highly recommend it. I would certainly stay there again if I ever have to work in the area in future.

My Father booked into this B&B several months ago for the evening before the British GP. He suffers from ME so despite not living too far away wanted to ensure a stress free journey to the circuit in the morning so he could get the most out of the day which was bought for him as a gift by my brother. Firstly the proprietors called up several months after booking and changed the price, because they hadn't realised it was GP weekend, their mistake, but they insinuated he would lose the booking if he didn't stump up the extra money. The room was very dated and in poor condition, the house was noisy, creaky doors and noisy dogs which meant a very poor nights sleep. The room was advertised as en-suite but was not and they had to share the bathroom with the homeowner. They were also given bad advice on travel to the circuit and were told to leave at 7am due to the traffic, breakfast was served at 7:30 and they didn't offer any alternative or offer to do an early breakfast despite the extra cost for the room. As it turned out it only took 20 minutes to get to the circuit. Not well signposted from the road either. Overall a very poor B&B and I would not recommend staying here. The website is pretty shabby too (poor images and directions, broken links etc) pretty poor for a website also offering web design services. Just about sums it up.
