We bought a mirror recently and it fits out wall and decor perfectly. It’s not the first time we’ve bought from Lees though and the customer service around a table and L shaped seating was just excellent. It was a minor problem but absolutely not messing about.
Had a great experience buying carpet. I always think it's best to go to an independent place for that. They were really helpful and even let me take samples away to test them in the room. Also they were able to book us in for fitting quite quickly :)
Purchased a beautiful armchair from Lees. Excellent service in store, not pushy or pressuring but helpful and attentive when needed. Delivery also was excellent, the delivery men took their shoes off without me having to ask which was a nice change! Very friendly and took all packaging away. Cannot fault anything from visiting store to deliveryin East Yorkshire. Highly recommend.
We just received our beautiful sofa that we bought from Lees. From the very beginning we got a great service; no pressure- selling tactics, no big egos, just honest, helpful staff who are even willing to tell you the cons of a product to ensure you make the right purchase. An absolute breath of fresh air. Beautiful furnishings in a range of fabrics and styles and so many options regarding firmness and configurations. A mention also for the thoughtful (conscious of letting heat out the house/offered to shut gate behind them/thoroughly explained how the sofa fixings work) helpful delivery men; professional, down-to-Earth, efficient and diligent. 100% recommend this company and we will be returning in the future for further purchases.

Everyone we dealt with was equally as professional. The delivery guys were great too, very respectful and friendly and kept us informed re delivery.
Fantastic from start to finish, as always. When ordering our sofa we sadly missed the summer sale by a few weeks but they kindly honoured the previous, reduced price for us. We also had issues and delays with our property purchase so they even stored this for us for a few months until we got sorted. Special mention to Tim who was fantastic throughout, always going above and beyond and helping as best as he could. Thanks Lee’s!

The team at Lees are fabulous and pleasure to deal with from the first call/appointment to when the last guys left after delivering the furniture. They definitely offer a premium service without the price tag. We furnished our whole living room from paint, paper, blinds, curtains, carpets and furnish and they pulled everything together.
