Wow, could not get two more opposite people working there! One lady was friendly with great customer skills whilst the other was just rude and abrasive. I've not met many as bad as her, especially working in a charity shop.

Most of the Staff are rude and make you feel unwelcome when you're giving your own time for free Janet is the worst shes been verbally abusive towards me and other staff members this is not on and it's never addressed by higher management
