Amazing course was a shame we did not get to play the full 18 however it was a great experience.
Played here yesterday and the course wasnt in great condition, the greens were in a terrible state, non were in use and the state of them I wouldn't expect them to be in use at all this summer. Temporary greens were literally a hole cut into the fairway, dont expect to putt on those. Owners need to be held accountable. I used to play here a lot and it was always a well kept course. To be charged what they do for only half a course is a shambles. Wont be going back again i'm afraid.
Greens in really poor condition don't even get told either , and not cheap
In truth for the price of £35 for 1 adult and 2 juniors. It wasn't bad it wasn't brilliant. If I'm brutally honest it seemed in better condition when council owned. Guess it's lack of investment from new owners that's letting it down..shame could be a gem of a course like it once was.
First time of going went to a retirement do only thing about the place is had no air conditioning or fans it was roasting in the place I kept having to go outside for fresh air
Good reasonable course for beginners,flat easy sometimes difficult challenging but been a zillion times and it's a walk on course round the corner which is handy...always plenty of golfers!
Took 8 players today at £21 each no problem there condition of course was ok . Problem you have amount of time play a round when you allow people to share clubs. At least 3 groups that we saw sharing one in a buggy 4 sharing 2 sets. So it is ridiculous that takes more than 5 hours to complete because of lack rules not being followed and nothing done when reported. Very doubtful we would come back
