   Be warned they will commit fraud and then tell you that they dont care. Then return and remove the evidence. If you see the notes sticking out of the 2p machines they are wedged in you cant win. Reported to the councils fraud department to.

   Most of things don't work, me and this 11 year old girl tried a driving game in there, put 2 pound in and one of them was not working. I then went to ask of our money back as we could not play the game and he just refused to do sosowhen back to it and he had turned it off without giving a refund. The attitude he gave us was extremely disrespectful I just want the two pound back for this girl to use on something else.

   Avoid at all costs!! 0 stars! We tried to pay for some change at the machine. The contactless payment was taken and no money provided. An employee watched us do this from a booth and then advised 'oh that's empty' they also said the charge would be refunded within 24 hours. We questioned this, but again we were reassured and left the premises. The charge was never refunded. We have called several times since to chase this up to be told managers aren't in to deal with it and to just keep trying. Absolute scam!! They were doing this to multiple people that day, no effort to refill the machines or put a notice to say it was empty!

   Withdrew £5, transaction never went through however was also charged. Member of staff on site got in contact with the owner and I was assured I would have this refunded. 5 days later, the money has come out and there has been no refund.

   Visited the arcade many of times there’s a lot to do for all ages the staff were busy but all ways friendly and offering help to those that asked I would say this is prob one of the best if not the best in the city

   Come to this arcade and the penny machines were me messed. Called the guy over and he was very rude and agressive. He didn’t even sort the machine out and moved the toy back what was about to come out after spending £10 over 50p toy. And that was because my niece wanted it. We called him again and he come aggressively and goes I can’t do anything. Disgusting attitude problem. Never go ther and spend money there. Never seen this bad service in arcade places
