   Shocking service, had been trying to get through to them on the phone for over a month so I made the effort to drive to the offices a couple of weeks ago only to find it locked up and empty, I asked next door and they said they have gone bust. They have cost me over £3k by not informing me about something in a house sale. The partners should be struck off after the way they have treated their clients. #onestaristoomuch

   Currently using these to purchase a house, house sale not completed yet, no updates in over a month on the app, it says waiting for a response from the council with regards to the searches. Checked with the council and they responded over two weeks ago (24th July) , have emailed the chap dealing with our case, no reply, my wife has emailed today, 11th August, no reply. Called the office to speak to him, “working from home” Very close to moving to another solicitor.

Very kind and warm lady, gives you reassurance throughout the court proceedings. I've dealt with other solicitors in the past, yet I felt very comfortable and could be myself with her.    I'm due in court in 9 days, the solicitor Angela Parker was alerted of this case well over a month ago and I have yet to even speak to her about the case. I feel that I will have nobody to represent me in court with this lack of time remaining. And I am really in need of someone to represent me due to the nature of the case.

   Absolutely terrible they couldn't even do a simple conveyancing, completely wasted six months doing nothing on my behalf. Also have tried to charge me a lot extra on the original agreed quote. They have ignored me completely during my time with them and made my buying experience a complete nightmare.
