   I was recommended to use SAS Daniel’s by the estate agent with whom I was purchasing a property with. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to personal circumstances with the vendor. The estate agent was very prompt to contact me and to inform me of this. However, I did not receive any contact from my solicitor about the property sale falling through. (This happened over a month ago and I’ve still had no contact from SAS Daniel’s) Response is very slow if you are lucky enough to receive one. Would not recommend.

   We have recently completed a sale using SAS Daniels LLP. We had a great service from Sarah and Suzanne. We had no trouble contacting Sarah who was doing our conveyancing and was easy to reach for advice on the progress of the sale/purchase. As we approached our completion date there we were kept informed and a lot of hard work went in to ensuring the sale and purchase progressed. We really appreciated all the hard work that went into to making sure it all went through on time.

   I’ve just used SAS Daniel’s Congleton for the purchase of my first house. From start to finish Natalie & Jo have been brilliant to deal with. Natalie worked tirelessly to get our paperwork done & work to a date that suited. No question from myself as a first time buyer felt too silly to ask them as they explained the process very thoroughly & charges were laid out brilliantly. No surprises at the end. Thank you SAS Daniel’s congleton. Highly recommend this firm

   I was recommended to use these solicitors by the estate agents. I instructed them on 25th March & I am still waiting to complete on the property. I am constantly chasing for updates & waiting for replies. When I am told some information, it is very vague. As of today, I still do not know when I am exchanging contracts and I have not been given a completion date. The one star rating reflects all of the above so if you want a speedy service, I would not recommend this firm unfortunately.

   We've recently sold & purchased a property using SAS Daniels as our Solicitors. I can not speak highly enough of the service and support we have received in what was far from a straight forward sale & purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble, questions and queries and have been answered quickly and efficiently and we've been kept up to date with progress throughout the entire process. Special mention for Laura who worked her socks off to get things done for us, we can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use SAS Daniels again or recommend them to family & friends Thank you for everything :)

   Cheryl was fantastic throughout the whole family court proceedings. It was a tough, lengthy experience but Cheryl was there every step of the way always on hand with clear direction and direct approach. I also used SAS when purchasing my house and they were very speedy. Highly recommend!

   My husband and I appointed SAS Daniels to help with the legal process that involves buying a house. As first time buyers it was very important for us to understand the process and make sure we asked the right questions. We were hoping to work with a professional firm capable of delivering a good service, however our experience with SAS Daniels has been arduous, stressful and disappointing. Exchange and completion took place a couple of months ago and we have moved to our new home, however, we are still waiting for documents to be sent to us. This should have been a very easy and straight forward exchange but the process with SAS Daniels has been very difficult since the very beginning due to very poor communication, carelessness and lack of attention to detail. We want to avoid other buyers feeling the same way and that is the reason we are writing this complaint. During the purchase process there have been several big mistakes that didn't cause further issues thanks to us being on top of things and reading everything very carefully. Just to offer a couple of examples: our names were spelled incorrectly in a significant number of legal and binding documents, and the mortgage deposit figure was mistaken because our solicitor hadn't paid attention to the last update. We have paid for this service and therefore we understand it is their job to ensure that everything is well done, checked, double and triple-checked if necessary. Having moved to our new home a month ago I shouldn't have needed to write this review but to today's date we are still waiting for a document they promised would be sent 2 months ago. I have been chasing every day this week and I have been told every single time it will be sent before the end of the day, how difficult is it to attach a document to an email and send it to us? I am quite aghast with this whole process, I find it completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone I know.

   I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from SAS Daniels. My solicitor was always very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. My situation could have been very stressful and upsetting but my solicitor made the whole experience stress free. I had full confidence in her capabilities and felt she really understood my needs and opinions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SAS Daniels to anyone who asked.
