   If it was possible to do zero stars I would .. I was just about to actually name and shame a certain person but in doing that this could affect us in the long run. ... But after seeing they offer a service for child abduction I'm gonna hazard a guess that the whole Grimsby branch is a shambles I mean accidents are one thing but knowingly committing an offence then ghosting when caught out... Just wow...

   AVOID Absolutely appallingly, totally messed up my late Mums probate, admitted they had messed up and probate would never be granted with the work they had done. I did the work in the end, however they only offered a 30% refund. If you end up with Thamida, god help you. I wish I had not used them all I get from them is go to the Ombudsman if you want more. I was vulnerable at the time, I feel they have taken advantage without morals.

   We would not recommend this solicitors at all, we bought and sold a house through them and found their communication shocking, their time keeping appalling just to name 2 areas that they can not get right. We moved into our house in June and only now finishing the paperwork on the house we sold. DO NOT USE.

   Absolutely disgusting and very unprofessional waited over a month to hear if they could take my case pointless ringing them as fobbed off with oh ill chase up who you talked to and get them to call you back never happened nearly missed my deadline for all paperwork to be sent to court. Please do not use them they do not care about people only how much they can make from each case and they will not even let you know if their not taking you on horrible people could ruin people's lives!!!!!

   Pepperells have offered me the most professional and compassionate service during a very difficult period. Amy and Lauren have been superb in making sure I knew all the processes, what actions they was taking and that I was kept informed on everything. Not once have I had to chase them and they have been proactive throughout. I would recommend the firm and Amy/Lauren to anyone.
