Terrible service. Stay away from these jokers if you’re buying your new home. My sale was delayed because the couldn’t add their sums up correctly. I sent them the funds they required for completion the next day, but on the day of the transfer they realised their was an in balance of about £500. Whilst I was outside my new home on completion day waiting for the keys to let the carpet fitters in, these bozo’s decided to not even call me, but to just send an email to say that they hadn’t released the funds because of their own miscalculation. By the time I’d seen the email the carpet fitters had already left. The thing is there was enough to transfer and complete the deal, they could of transferred that, and then asked me to make up the the shortfall which was basically their fees. I’ve since spoken with others who have told me that they regret using them.
It’s now my 3rd time using Bridge McFarland so it’s about time I left a review! Most recently, I experienced a very long and complicated issue purchasing a property and without Sally and Debbie at the end of the phone, it would’ve been a very unpleasant experience. It’s obviously been a very turbulent time with regards to buying/selling property but the team at Bridge McFarland have always been super responsive and understanding. Would highly recommend.
