   Just used this taxi firm to travel 4 miles from clough to drumaroad. I used another firm on the way in also from castlewellan (was charged 7 pound for journey on way in) and was charged 16 pounds for the same journey on the way out. More than twice the price for a 4 mile journey. The woman on the phone was short with me and said the journey was already worth 9 pound before I even got in. Won't be using this firm again.

   Woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude and horrible. Didn’t even book the taxi and hung up on the woman because I was disgusted by how she spoke. If this is how one member of staff talks to people looking to use their service... I’d hate to see what the rest of them are like

   Booked a taxi last for 2am , waited around area from 1.30-2.30 , constantly rang but kept saying line busy , weather was terrible and had to wait a few more hours to get taxi from other company, will not be using this taxi again , very disappointed
