I ordered a taxi with Raymond last night for 1130pm and waited 20 mins before calling and asking when he would arrive. My calls were denied at first but eventually when I managed to get through on another number I was told in an angry tone that we was waiting for me and had sent text messages to confirm the booking . This was not the case as I had my phone with me at all times and had received no messages or calls. Raymond’s angry tone was quite shocking and I am not sure why he took a dislike to me and spoke to me in such a rude and unprofessional tone. I do not recommend this driver at all.
