    After booking a taxi from a friend's house for 30mins, an hour later it didn't turn up. After phoning again and waiting a further hour it still didn't turn up. I'm still waiting for it, 4 month later.......

    Very disappointed to be told after 3rd time of contacting Saintfield Taxis that someone else had double booked my 12.30 am prebooked return from Belfast and the earliest I could expect a taxi was 2.30am. The lady did apologise but that didn't get my party of 4 home.
