   Jackie is an absolute legend! We were staying at center parcs and needed to get to a wedding some way away. We were booking at the last second and all companies we called were fully booked, but Jackie managed to rearrange her schedule and pulled out all the stops to get us to the wedding on time.    Jackie offered brilliant service from start to finish. Our train was delayed coming into Penrith and Jackie was really accommodating and waited for us to arrive. On our return journey, there was an accident in Penrith and Jackie set off an hour early to get down to Haweswater and made sure that we made our return train on time. We really appreciated it. Jackie was really friendly - highly recommend!

   Very quick service, lovely friendly lady who took us straight to train station. (not the long way round like a driver from another company did earlier the same day.) Great price only 2 thirds of the price of other company. Lovely clean vehicle. Will be storing this numer to use again on any future vists to penrith.

   Eden Taxis went over and above to provide us with an excellent, friendly and reliable service over the Kendal Calling weekend. They ensured that we had transport there and back every day, slotting us in when people cancelled and kept in great contact throughout the weekend putting our minds at rest, allowing us to get on and enjoy the festival. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them again for our frequent trips to the lakes. Many thanks from Catherine and the Taylor family from Leeds

   No help to carry things in the house as my mum and brother had there hands full. So brother had to use his knee to close the taxi door no harm was done to the taxi but with that it got made into big deal than what it was brother got told off and said if he did that again he wont be coming in the taxi again I apologised on the phone he meant no harm by it. I got told he could of put things down before closing taxi door, How about helping the customers even if you dont want to help carry things could of offered to close taxi door since they had their hands full but did neither and also got told its "20 grand car love" it was ridiculous to say that as I hardly think kneeing the car slightly enough for the taxi door to close is gonna do any damage it didnt leave so much as a dirt mark lol what is it with penrith taxi drivers so mean really sad that this happened. But all the same I will apologise on his behalf I am sorry.....
