Pelin is warm and welcoming. She was happy to work with our Tibetan Mastiff rescue, Ted: all 45kg of him! He was very nervous and Pelin had to work for two hours to clean him and make him tidy, talking to him and showing a tremendous level of care. We won’t be going anywhere else and consider ourselves lucky to have found her.
From booking in the appointment to meeting my dog Pelin was extremely professional and friendly. My dog smelt great and was happy coming back from his groom.
