   Everyone who reads my reviews, knows that I give a honest and in my opinion, I would not usually criticise but if needed give constructive criticism. In this case, I can truly say that this dog park is probably the worst place I have ever been to. Firstly, it looks like it’s built in a scrap yard, you then step into a poly tunnel, and by goodness, the smell hits you. A Pungent smell of ammonia. Glad it was a winter’s day. The fixtures were shabby to say the least. Outside wasn’t much better. A graveled area with a pool for the dogs to play in. This was half full and filled with algae and pond weeds. Luckily it was blocked off with old wood. We had booked it for one hour but lasted about 25 minutes. If you check out their website it looks amazing, but in reality it’s rundown and neglected. I honestly can’t recommend this place.

   The dogs loved it and were very tired by the end. We weren’t able to get in till 25 past and there was a lot of dog mess left in the indoor area. Will try again as definitely a good place to bring and socialise dogs

   Absolutely awesome place!! We had the best time. We used the pool (private hire), they have toys and life vests available. Also popped into the daycare centre which is essentially activity land for dogs. Fantastic staff. Honestly, couldn’t fault it at all. Will 100% be back.

   Where to start, Pawmasters is for me (and it is MY opinion) the best place I have found in the area. Started going when pup was 5 months old, to the small puppy sessions, see pics, initially went elsewhere, as at the time I didn't know about them. I turned up at the other location to find a huge empty field with no stimulation or shelter, just grass and mud, there were 2 x 11 month old Retrievers and an Alsation, my pup was about 10 inches high at this time so even though he tried to play I didn't feel it was safe as they towered over him and battered him down, after 10 minutes I picked him up we left, spoke to the owner about it, he didnt seem that interested, so ended it there. In the meantime I saw Pawmasters and thought I would give them a go, we were placed in the small puppy group, on arrival everyone very friendly and a totally different feel to it, bits and bobs about for them to play with, ball pools and lots of other mad pups of a suitable size, he loved it - again see pics. At the appropriate time we were asked to move the the large puppy session, he was then the smaller end but well within his ability as he was of course bigger himself, we went weekly for a good few months and again he loved all his new friends. We used the open field a few times, which Anthony had very kindly let me have for a reduced rate as on several occasions I planned a meet up with other members and they were no shows, he of course did not have to do this. Then the Day Care started, well, again its amazing, its the only place in the area that opens at 7am and closes at 6pm, this is the only place that suits my work hours (all others I found where 8.30-5.30pm), pup is familiar with the location and the people, he is ready to go before we stop the car, I fully trust Anthony with him all day and he has even progressed to a puppy minder as shown in some of the latest pics on FB. I WFH most days but go to the office 1/2 days a week so gives him a change too. I was hugely disappointed on hearing of the potential closure last year but if thats what was happening best I go find something else. I located a place near work, the hours were the standard as above so didnt really suit. I made an appointment and popped over, it was also a kennels which in itself is not an issue, however, on the tour, he would be let out into a massive empty field every few hours with up to 50 dogs, if the weather was bad they were in a large shed, and at various times during the day depending on staffing maybe put into the kennels, this was not what I was wanting. In the meantime Pawmasters made the choice to continue running, for that I am very grateful as I am sure many others were. We also use Shana's grooming services, and he always comes back just as I requested. Anthony and Shana are always super helpful, chatty and polite, I have no issues leaving him with them. They are always adding new things to the play areas, there is a designated puppy/small dog area, a chill out area if its all getting a bit much, a couple of water pools, ball pools, inside and outside areas, and plenty of things to keep them busy and stand on (Milo) and a bus with air con for the hot summer days, I would definitely recommend, but as stated on the FB page, go visit make your own choice. This is my opinion and we are all adult enough to make the choice of who/how we want our pet, child, mother to be treated so you can make those decisions yourselves on who looks after, clips, trains, feeds you family members. Look at yourselves too before some of the bad comments, I aim to treat people how I would like to be treated, if you don't like it move on!!!! be constructive and leave the negativity out of it if it's just based on YOUR OPINION.

   I have just been blocked from their fb page for disagreeing with them about training methods. They support a trainer who agressivley jerks and lead pops a 7 month old puppy. Update from your reply. No you blocked me because I spoke up about the Trainer that you recommend and support. I don't think that that lead popping a 7 month puppy in an aggressive way is very nice. Not bullying, just informing the general public about the type of dog trainers you support. Edited reveiw again. So you are now looking into teaming up with Sparta Kennels, who use aversive dog training methods and offer training for day care clients. I rest my case. Everyone has the right to choose who and how they train their dogs, So if they want aversive methods, the public know where to go.

   Our pup loved playing with the other dogs. We will be going back soon... We went back and had prepaid for our visit only to find that the business was to be closed at the end of September 2022.. Our visit was the 30th August 2022...There was no notice, no signs on the fence to say that it had closed. The owner really did leave us in a pickle as we had to change/cancel all of our plans to suit having our pup for the day... Lack of organisation... still awaiting our money back Got our money back after a week of waiting... during which the owner decided to reopen the daycare... Needless to say within this week, we found our dog another day care. Sorry but I cant be having a day care which at a moments notice will "close their business" just to reopen a week later.
