From start to finish, Dan, Sophie and the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They helped us design a stylish kitchen that suited our home perfectly and, importantly, stayed within our budget. The customer service is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble and any adjustments are dealt with promptly and professionally.    From start to finish Dan and his team gave us good advice and we were fully involved in creating our wonderful kitchen. During the build. the fitter discussed finer details ensuring not just the layout but the practicalities of our storage spaces suited our needs. Communication was good throughout, any problems were quickly resolved and there was a constant drive to achieve the best finish. We felt we were in the looked after by a competent and caring people and would recommend Grand Design to anyone wanting a kitchen that is a bit special. Thank you to Dan, Sophie and all the team.

   A big thank you to Dan,Mandy & all the team at Grand designs for delivering that “WOW” factor and transforming our kitchen from an ugly duckling to a swan. Their levels of professionalism was evident from initial design right through to completion. A schedule of works was drawn up at the outset covering every aspect of the 6 week fit which was completed bang on time. The quality of the product is impressive manufactured onsite at Grand Designs and totally bespoke,tailored to your exact size requirements and colour which for us set them apart from the crowd. A special mention to Sean(Builder),Sean(Fitter) and singing Steve(electrician) whose can do attitude, attention to detail and good humour made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park. Highly recommended.

   Very pleased with the results. Dan took our ideas and gave us a design we loved. The design matches our new kitchen exactly. Fitters are friendly and nothing is too much trouble to sort out or look at. We had a wall removed and needed a builder, plumber and electrician which they sorted for us. Would thoroughly recommend!
