   My late mother in law appointed this firm to be the executors of her will ,she died January 2019. Probate took it's due course and was granted a year later . After many frustrating months of back and forth emails which take forever, quite honestly would've been quicker by carrier pigeon ,talk about the super fast highway ( not ).her house was sold last June and we where told everything would be tied up and completed within a couple of weeks ,as only a utility bill needed finalising you know the thing you can do on your phone in a couple of minutes guess what yes still waiting .If you thinking of using this firm think again long silences ,never kept informed or updated questions asked never answered or sidestepped even got told that being a beneficiary of the will we where not actually there clients,bet they don't mind taking there wedge from there non clients when it's all done, 4 years in a couple of weeks . Yours Disgusted

   We would highly recommend Simone Thompson and her team at Glanvilles, they were there to answer our questions and concerns. They are highly knowledgeable in their field and updated us regularly. Only problem we had was on completion day which weren't Glanvilles flaunt but the ESTATE AGENTS but it was Simone and her team that sorted this out straight away and with their skills the concerns were sorted so Glanvilles are great. Always listen to your solicitor NOT THE ESTATE AGENTS. Again highly appreciate and recommend Glanvilles Sarah and David Failes
