We were placed in a hideous situation. We sold a horse that proved to be unsuitable to the buyer. Taking the horse back and refunding the money was not satisfactory for the buyer. She decided to take us to court for all the transportation costs, the livery costs for the time she had the horse and a range of associated expenses which were at best spurious.
