   I went to this company as the reviews were really good. However upon speaking to them on the phone and going through the process I was told that the van I was looking at buying was to old and they would try to see if the lenders would loan for that aged van. I was contacted the next day and was told the van is to old. Then instantly started looking at a more expensive van that would double my intended price range and push me up around 40 grand to borrow, saying it was there lenders doing that not them. when I informed them that this is not something I was considering doing the lady just hung up no thankyou or goodbye that is terribly rude there are just trying to push people like myself into bigger debt that is terrible business, this company and others like it are one of the reasons why the motorhome sales have come to a complete standstill, and that's why there are literally thousands of van for sale and are not selling its crashing the market because of greed hunger for money. my advise is get a personal loan from a bank they wont tell you what you can and what you cant buy like I was by Pegasus. disgusting way to run and treat people well there loss and the banks gain.

   I don't give five stars often, but my experience with this company was second to none. Let's start with the initial contact, I thought it was a little odd originally that I was allocated a specific person to deal with I didn't honestly believe it at first (you know what most of these companies are like) but I actually was. I had a text that introduced him and a call to discuss what I was looking for. He went through the market with me and got me the best rates, even going back to the lender to renegotiate. We were given the go and we agreed the finance, so we went out car shopping and found one quite quickly. I reported this back and they very quickly got everything in place so we could drive away. We were given honest information about time scales (which they smashed I might add) and they called us and updated us on every step. I honestly felt valued. This was a shock for me I honestly never expected this high level of service. When it came to the information needed from the dealer, the lender and the finance broker wanted a high level of guarantees from the dealership and again I felt that was excellent and gave me great peace of mind. It was all completed in a very fast time, to the highest quality and to the highest level of customer service I have experienced for a very long time. The two people I had dealings with were James and Karen. Thank you, you gained my trust which is exceptionally hard to do and received the highest level of service. Thank you. If Google gave 6 stars they would get it. Great job! Very impressive!

   I was Very sceptical at first as the process was so effortless, thought it must have been a scam. Thankfully it was just awesome customer services.
