   For a company that claims to be a broker, they didn't do a very good job. After 20 years with them, without a single claim, Down Insurance accepted wrong information as factual. We were then told to "seek alternative cover elsewhere." We asked our lawyer to intervene for us and explain, but no, it wasn't enough for Down. Isn't a broker's job, to seek alternative cover? Well, in the end we did. Cheaper too. Without the help of Down insurance. As you requested, we'll never darken your door again. Not recommended. Very, very poor service provided to long standing customer.

   I have been using Down Insurance for my car insurance. I think they're brilliant. Staff are all friendly welcoming and professional. They sourced out the best deal for me and made sure I had everything I needed when I was involved in a car accident. There are no hidden costs or charges. I highly recommend them for car and house insurance.
