Cancelled my insurance with them 7 months ago, they sent me cheque with refund which halifax not accepted, calling them every 2 weeks since then, around 20 calls in total begging for my money, always same response - Alma will call you back (never did) had to file an consumer ombudsman complaint today to deal with them.
