After 10 years with these guys I am finally walking away, overpriced and staff who simply do not care. My advice is shop round do not go to Abbey auto line just because it’s convenient. There is better out there!

Great options for young drivers
Staff were very rude and not understanding, I couldn't drive anymore because of COVID-19. They decided to call me and shout at me for not recording journeys, nice way to treat your customers.
Phoned up to cancel my insurance. Got offered an extortionate amount to cancel so the woman said she will look into it and phone me back. After 2 weeks no phone call so I called to see what was happening then was told it was cancelled already. 3 weeks later I get a letter in from them demanding the quote the lady gave me. Sneaky company if u ask me
