   I have dealt with this firm for my business 7 years ago and recently I got my house with them too . I must say I would never use any other firm . I had all other things going on at this point and buying a house topped up my stress level. But thanks to Maddie also she made everything happen even at my most stressful time dealing with business and personal staff , she is very responsive and patient , she is a great communicator. As a first time buyer she helped me and explained the process as I didn’t have lots of knowledge but she made it as easy as it can be . They showed great empathy and worked wonderfully to secure me a good settlement, even with the bumps in the road, they never gave up. Since then I have also been provided great service by Nicholas Smith when purchasing our house, with support from Lara (very prompt service indeed!) and they continue to provide ongoing financial advice and support from John Atkinson and Sam/Clare The whole team are amazing, the communication is brilliant (even during evenings and weekends I received emails from them!)
