Wow glad to see that I am not the only one that is extremely unhappy regarding this company. My solicitor was rude, never returned phone calls, made mistakes on information to be sent out and information being sent to the other side on how it was found. They thrive on client's recieveing Legal Aid, because its easy money and the don't need to do much regarding client. They find the easiest route and don't FIGHT FOR YOU RIGHTS at any stage. Honestly in life we put TRUST, TRUTH, HONESTY at a high level and they definitely do not know the meaning of these words!!! Anonymously

Don't waste your time... iv been trying to get in contact with someone from swain & Co solicitors coming up 2 weeks. But once you mention legal aid it seems as they really can't be bothered with all the fuss and paperwork.

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company of highly recommended solicitors. My son has been released from prison after 12+ years of an IPP sentence!! Every step was a positive step forward when dealing with Swain & Co. Without their intervention (plus positive psychologists reports) we would not be where we are today and my son would not be free!! I'm hoping that Swain & Co will continue their excellent standard of work for others and believe me, they know their stuff! Special thanks to Yasmin Karabasic and Dean Kingham. I am exceedingly grateful for your professional and successful help in gaining the release of my son.

Bad service. Whenever i rang to speak to solisitor, she was never avalible. These solicitors don't want you to ask questions. They discussed clients, not in a good way among themselves while client was on the phone listening. These solicitors also mislead us in a case and getting there legal aid money was there priority. I would not recommend this company, look elsewhere.

Very rude secretary accused me of being rude to her when all I had done was telephone the Office to get hold of my solicitor which was seemingly too much to ask from a solicitors firm. I was told not to call the office because the head of prison law worked from home and the only way I can contact him is on his mobile which was permanently off or he didn't answer. I urge you to ask yourself is this the sort of representation you you would want for yourself or anyone you cared about? Dean Kingham the head of prison law did not reply to my messages to call him nor did he call me back but the minute that I was allegedly rude in asking his office if I could speak to him then he isn't he instantly message me back telling me that because I was rude to the secretary he could no longer represent me. This is a simple case of a solicitor taking on more work than he has time for and massively over promising and under delivering. Highly disappointing, highly negligent.

The worst firm of solicitors I have ever come across . Was promised legal funding which I never received and was promised an improvement order through a paralegal by the name of Luke Ridge. Never deal with this paralegal . Nobody approach this company for housing advice if you need advice , especially if you are seeking an improvement order against your landlord as you will be wasting your time When you could be approaching other solicitors too .
