   I'd give a higher score if I could, we've used Andrew and Andrew in Emsworth for our last 2 sales and purchases. For all transactions they have been super responsive and efficient. Our last purchase in particular was long and drawn out, however Emily and her team continued to push things forward to completion - something we doubted we'd achieve at times! So reasonably priced, knowledgeable and the fact they are local with an office means any paperwork can be dropped in or signed in person. Would not use anyone else ( though hope not to move again for a while!)
