   We found Warners difficult to deal with when applying for probate and selling my late mother's house. They never got back to us when they said they would. We were always having to chase to find out what was going on. Lots of errors on official paperwork that we had to ask them to correct. It took 3 attempts to get the completion certificate correct! A stressful experience at an already stressful time. We wouldn't use again.

   I sold a property and purchased a new one recently through Warner Goodman. We ended up in quite a substantial chain, which meant many months of back and forth with various parties. We also had some minor complications with my leasehold’s management company. Sally was excellent throughout, even when our patience was tested heavily by another solicitor in the chain. When I bought my first property, I used another solicitor and they were terrible. By contrast, Warner Goodman were excellent. I would recommend them highly.
