I have bought and sold several properties over the last few years and used a number of solicitors, Jasper Vincent, Gemma M and her colleague Ali G, in particular, have been spot on. Reachable, accurate & proactive. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Recommended.
One of the necessities of life, usually at a time of stress and anxiety but they were very understanding and professional. No problem parking (allocated spaces for each business on the site), however the entry doorway is awkward with a wheelchair. Anything to do with law is expensive so make good use of your time!
Matthew, thank you for your help in my case, I was so worried as I’ve never done anything legal before, Matthew sat me down with a cup of tea and took details assuring me not to worry, after my free hour’s consultation I went home happy he had a plan, he explained breach of contract and how the other side were bullying me about fixing my new car and refusing to do anything, he wrote them a letter and laid down his position with points of law, The other side came back by phone firstly to him, then in writing with an offer and I accepted after Matthew negotiated an even better settlement and they agreed to even cover my legal fees and required work, the person that negotiated with Matthew said she was shocked and embarrassed how I’d been treated and wanted to settle the matter and didn’t want to go to court, this was all thanks to Matthew. If you’re young and unsure you can trust Matthew Robbins, he also charged all his fees to the car garage which they paid in full, I got a free loan car he negotiated and my car was better than new plus they washed and valeted it too, I couldn’t be happier. Are you serious? Over 8 months and nothing is done. Worst solicitors on the planet. They do not pick up telephone. They do not contact or return emails or calls. 8 months and still reviewing documents. They shouldn't have a license or stay in business. People, please stay as far as possible from them. They will take your money and will go down for 8 months. No answers. No contacts. No replies, no work. Shame!
My friend tried to deal with Vincent Jasper Solicitors and still regrets about it. They basically never worked on papers. Already 8 months and no reply. People please do not deal with them. They are dangerous and full of scam.
We've used Jasper Vincent for conveyancing twice now and can't fault their service. Gemma went above and beyond what was expected including chasing updates from estate agents, our mortgage company and multiple other solicitors involved in the chain. She helped to make an extremely stressful move less so. Would highly recommend!
I was happy with the service that I got until I changed solicitors. It took around 9 days for my file to be sent and in actual fact I had to collect it myself even after spending way over £12000. They would only send it 2nd class mail. I think when I paid over the phone by a debit card and there was a problem in processing this money I should have been contacted. I was left floundering as my new solicitor had no records to view. I have never had a problem like this before with paying by a debit card before. When I called to complain I was told that it was probably due to ‘ Chinese Flu’ by a partner of the company! Also my court appointment should have been cancelled which it wasn’t so this has cost me more yet again, when questioned I have had no reply. Very bad treatment of a customer. I run my own business and wouldn’t dream of treating a client like this let alone making them drive and collect their own files because they were too tight after spending a fortune to pay for first class post. Unbelievable!
