   I enlisted the services of Brutton and Co in 2011. I was not happy with the service and put this to my solicitor who then proceeded to yell at me. I had him on speaker phone so I was not lacking in witnesses. I spoke with his manager and his manager wrote a very sarcastic letter to me I took my complaint up with the ombudsmen and unfortunately they are not impartial and did nothing Since my complaint I have contacted a further 4 solicitors between 2011 and present day who have excepted payment for providing me with a service and failed to stay in contact afterwards. They do not respond to my calls or emails or carry out any service on my behalf Be warned! It has become apparent to me that Brutton and Co have put me on some internal data base of sorts warning other solicitors away from me I am obviously not up together on the law, but I am pretty sure my rights have been effected as I am within my rights to complain! Stay well away from them and Churchers in Fareham ,Hampshire or you may never be able to gain legal services again.
