It's a nice furniture shop, and I found the sales staff really friendly and helpful. I didn't really enjoy my experience with having my sofa delivered. There was some difficulty getting the sofa through the front of my house. I suggested going through the back (as there was way more wiggle room to move). My suggestion wasn't even acknowledged and they were just going to take the sofa back. There was a lot of back an fourth about me having to take my window out to get it in my house... Or hacking off parts of the door frame... The issue was resolved within twenty minutes of my getting some help to take it around the back. I was getting frustrated because I have lived in a property that was exactly the same a few years ago and got a larger sofa in the house in exactly the same way. I think if there is particular rules that have to be followed with moving furniture, regarding health and safety, just say that. It's really that simple. Ignoring what someone's asking and suggesting over and over again that they are wrong is just plain rude. I'm sure the delivery people didn't mean harm, but regardless I feel pretty smug that I got this into my house. So the revue is merely going up as a permanent "I told you so" and for my own self satisfaction. My only suggestion is that in future, it doesn't hurt just to be honest about health and safety protocols. You will always get a better reaction from customers this way.

Charity is suppose to be cheap so the needy can afford to go in and buy items they need im sorry but this shop is greedy putting there own prices on charging £10 for aornaments each £60 for four stools you might aswell go and buy new or look on market place even cheaper.
