I probably wasn’t the easiest customer as I requested a few changes, but rather than just making the amendments, Lisa asked me to come in so she could explain the implications in more detail. That conversation ultimately changed my mind, and I’m so glad she took the time to guide me properly. This is exactly what you want from a solicitor — someone who doesn’t just do what you ask, but ensures you fully understand your options so you can make the best decisions. Highly recommended.
