   I cannot believe the experience I've just had in store! I spent just over £200 yesterday on wallpaper and other bits, but was refused a refund for a £6.99 packet of wallpaper paste that was purchased as an afterthought and I never kept the receipt. This was despite the transaction being found on your till as it was the following one from the £200 wallpaper purchase. I'm totally shocked. I was looking to swap it for paste the wall paste, rather than paste the paper which doesn't appear to be stocked. I'll be boxing up the 6x rolls of wallpaper purchased which I do have a receipt for, to be refunded.

   Came in last Friday to buy a bed for my mum my sister had been in earlier that day and i went in later to check the bed was right for my mum.but the lady what came to us wasn't nice at all very rude in the way she spoke to me and my sister her customer service was terrible I would of walked out but the bed was needed for my mum . My sister wasn't neither as she had been the same with her my sister has used the shop for years and never had a problem.

   Fantastic service from Ramsdens. We needed a bed quickly as my sister in laws bed had broken. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged for next day delivery. The chaps came first thing and took the old bed away and then put the new one up. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you to everyone at Ramsdens - gold star award ✨️ ✨️ ✨️
