Very impressed, both drivers were extremely courteous and professional and pickup times were spot on and were even cheaper than Uber which was a bonus. Will definitely be using them again for our cruise next year and will pass on their details to my work colleagues and friends.
Marius, my driver was excellent and made efficient contact, arrived on time and drove well and safely. Very impressed. However, I was left frustrated at the lack of communication prior to the pick up. I was sent no reminder confirmation. This would have been good a day or so before pick up to give reassurance that the booking was not accidentally overlooked. Even if this could not give details of the driver, a timeline as to when this would happen would have given good guidance. As I had heard nothing I made contact the evening before and was simply told all was in order. Within an hour of pick I still had heard nothing so felt I had to make contact again. The reply to this was that the driver was on the way. Then about 40 minutes before pick up, soon after this contact, I was sent an email with the driver and car details. Personally I like a reconfirmation 24 hours before pick to give reassurance even if that then states driver details will be sent no more than an hour before pick up. At least my jet lagged self is confident of the process.
We booked a return Gatwick trip. Great comms in advance (we had to amend one of the journeys which was dealt with quickly & efficiently) & great comms prior to pick to confirm pick up points. We will definitely use again. It took the stress out of travelling.
Perfect. Easy to use in everyway. The booking was straight forward, making an amendment to the booking was also as easy as sending an email. The drivers were prompt, polite and gave excellent service. You are provided with tracking for where your driver is as well. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent service. Friendly drivers, nice vehicles, excellent communications. Was able to contact them out of hours to tell them we were landing at a different airport than originally scheduled and the driver was redirected with no fuss.

I had a very good trip to the airport a few weeks ago and had hoped the return would be as good. I was not disappointed. Marius the driver was there to meet us an gave us a relaxing and enjoyable journey home. Thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again when we next go to the airport.
Outstanding services from this company. I called everyone and got out of this world taxi fares, and then I managed to find on Google, this company in Havant. I only booked my taxi a few hours before my travel, very early in the morning. I was sceptical about booking it, but as this was the only affordable option, I did. I can’t thank you enough for the accuracy of the service, the quality and the communication reassuring me that my taxi would be on time.
