   The lady at Ryde Esplanade was incredibly rude. We had got of the train and waited 30 mins still no taxi.. my girlfriend uses a mobility aid she can’t get down the pier. After booking a cab she shows up I ask nicely ‘we’re where you’ She then gets really aggressive and says rudely I was there… Um what, no you weren’t I say in shock. My partner and her walking frame come over to talk to her. She’s in pain and rather upset at this point and she drives off without even talking to us, or letting us on. I have now paid for a taxi that I shouldn’t have to off, all because of this ableist behaviour. I would like our taxi payment paid back, and a full response to this complaint, this lady should not be in charge of dealing with disabled customers. I am quite frankly disgusted

   Excellent service. Managed to grab a taxi from sandown station after the driver checked with his office as it should have been pre-booked only. Called again later to go back to the station and they came straight away. Fares were cheap. Happy customer visiting from Sussex. Thanks guys.

   Taxi was clean and on time. I didn’t catch the name of our driver yesterday, but she was fabulous; a real character. My Mum and her friends will definitely use this firm again and will hope it’ll be the same lady who picks them up. Thank you.

   Called a cab urgently and the controller said 10 mins after 20 mins called to ask where the cab was only to be told ‘it’s just coming’ Do not lie to the customer if there’s no car or N issue respectfully say sorry it’s delayed but that was never said over an hour we were waiting after calling the office for regular updates SHOCKING SERVICE as an ex controller for 20 years I would expect better being TRANSPARENT will keep customers mate

   If you fancy booking a cab for a group ride of 7 but then face an enjoyable dilemma of Red Line Cabs only sending a car for 6 then this is the company for you! This awful company will then tell you to stand by the taxi rank at 1am and maybe take a night bus instead of rectify their mistake. 10/10 for poor service! Cherry on the cake was being told I never made the request for 7 in the first place, so why send a cab for 6 then Redline taxis?!

   One good driver...son of owner. Another one is shockingly rude and drives like a racing idiot as if cant wait to get you out the car. Doesn't speak...doesn't even acknowledge you!! If it wasn't for the son...it would get negative stars if possible!! Avoid.

   Phoned up and asked if a taxi could be arrange from Shanklin asap, this was at 1:18am, man told my friend that's no problem will be 20 mins. We was then stood waiting for the taxi, 20 mins came and went; then did half an hour so we called the taxi only to be greeted by an answer machine, we tried again, same occurrence. So we tried a few more companies, unfortunately no result from any of this. By this time 50 mins had passed and still no taxi, we tried calling again and still going to answer phone. This has now resulted in us walking back from Shanklin to Brading. If you're not going to do the pick up, do not arrange it. Time wasting, bad customer service and just down right rude. Will never use or attempt to use the company again.

   Wow! What an great experience! All I needed was a lift home but I ended up on a roller coaster of emotion! He really gave the drive of my life :) his friendly and helpful service got me where I needed to go on time! Without this taxi my marriage would of ended and I'd be a lonely pennyless mormon. William, thank you for saving me from my self. You and your big ginger beard got me through a really tough time in my life and for that I can not thank you enough from the bottom of my heart
