I visited Dr Chukwaudi Ikegwuonu twice he his training to be GP .He was patient and compassionate very helpful .He contacted hospital for advice he kept me informed via telephone in-between my visits going on to refer to appropriate department.I did say to him if he stays as he is he will make a caring compassionate doctor .I know after 39years myself in the NHS how difficult it with pressure, finances etc . Hopefully he keep practicing how he started

If I could of put no stars i would have done the staff are as rude as possible and apparently I'm a wonder case as I've had asthma over 30 years and apparently I'm cured because they say I am it's amazing beaten the odds I'm cured of something that incurable don't use unless you have a death wish

I work in a pharmacy near to Hull Family Practice and often hear people speaking badly about them. It occured to me that, while I do stand up for them to those people I've never left a review I absolutely can't fault my surgery. I've never felt unheard and every member of staff I've ever dealt with has been so helpful. I've always had tests I've needed (which has found precancerous cells twice - which had they not sent me for the tests might have been missed) for this I am so grateful. I've always felt they listen to me. The new appointment system is actually so great, I've used it twice, I've not needed an appointment because my descriptions and photos have been enough for the doctor to send a prescription. All done within about an hour if filling out the form. As well as my own health, they've been really great with my daughter. When she was a tiny baby she had a cows milk allergy and the nurse practitioner we saw immediately prescribed formula for it. Nothing is ever too much and I don't think people leave positive reviews enough, people are quick to complain but not to compliment!

Firstly they have flatly refused to make reasonable adjustments and accommodations for my disabled children. 1 having cerebal palsy the other having autism which he is very affected by. They also refuse to put this in writing funnily enough. The receptionists are generally OK and polite apart from the heavy set one who likes to shout abuse as your walking away. Then let's get to "Lynn" the manager. You try and make a complaint to her and all she says is "I find that hard to believe", very argumentative and generally talks to patients with sheer contempt. I asked for us to be taken off their books as I know they recieve an amount per patient per week to which "Lynn" also refused to do and began shouting at me to a point what she was saying was inaudible.Honestly whatever you do if you value your health please avoid this doctors and just know the manager will NOT act on complaints and has contempt for the people who pay her wages.

I will never understand how you can ring a number over 100 times and it is always busy and when you get through there's no appointments I swear they take the line of the hook because they can't be bothered never any appointments don't bother with them
