I cant give zero or minus long time waitting for my parcels after 2 time canceled today again canceled and i will try to collect
Said they attempted to deliver when there were two people at home and on checking cctv guess what there was no attempt. This is not the first time this has happened with dhl. And customer services was as much use as a chocolate teapot when challenged about the cctv footage they said road was blocked. Which is strange as when checking footage cars and lorry’s were going up and down the road avoid using them
Great service as usual from DHL. Got a parcel delivered from Nigeria to the UK in just 3 days.
Do not get parcels delivered from these People I had a box delivered from amid ( dog retail) For my dogs insulin clearly read on the box must be refrigerated I paid £8 for it to be delivered to be chucked outside my door! Insulin had to go in the bin never again.

friend sent a parcel 2 weeks ago from Germany and they have lost it, first of all claimed it did not exist, then said it had been delivered, it hasn't. Also using a premium phone No. in my opinion is a disgrace, particularly when they keep you hanging on.
