   I went to see Helen as I was suffering with pain in my back and hips. I had had several sessions with my osteopath which had helped initially but a friend suggested I give acupuncture a try. Helen immediately diagnosed the problem as a tightened psoas muscle which was as a result of the enormous stress I had been under for some time. I had several sessions with Helen and not only did the acupuncture help to ease my pain but the advice around stretches and exercise and her lovely, calm and friendly manner have helped me to be more proactive in managing my stress and pain. If anyone is considering trying acupuncture then Helen is definitely the person you should contact.

   Massively helpful in the general advice she gives with her years of NHS experience that alone has been invaluable. After years of pain with stenosis and disc bulge I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Even with a minor fear of needles Helen made the experience pleasant and now 6-7 sessions in I look forward to each fortnightly session. Made such a difference to my back health and highly recommend to anyone thats considering this method of pain relief. Great set up, friendly and a fountain of knowledge.

   Where do I start? I went to Helen after having acupuncture recommend to me by a friend. I asked to have acupuncture to help me with frequent headaches and migraines, sleeplessness, and endometriosis management (I'd had a Mirena Coil fitted just before I started going to Helen, after having surgery in May) Helen has changed my life! I've not had a headache or a full migraine since I started having the treatment, and my periods are becoming more manageable and less painful as the months go by. She's so kind and friendly, and honestly makes me feel so welcome and well looked after. I can't recommend her enough.

   Honestly, Helen is absolutely wonderful and going to see her is like a treatment and a counselling session rolled into one. She has all the time in the world to listen and is a real expert at what she does; I was terrified of needles but have coped far better than I thought I would with Helen's guidance.    When I first went to see Helen I was in a lot of pain as my treatment with the NHS had been delayed due to covid. I experienced relief after a couple of sessions and Helen is so easy to chat to. Well to be honest I did most of the talking and Helen listened with the paitence I wish I had. No hesitation in recommending Helen always a very pleasant visit in pleasant surroundings.
