I am a patient at Hull dialysis unit. It is an excellent unit, very good service, friendly staff and I always get good service and support there. Occasionally things go wrong , technical issues with water supply or under staffing, but staff do their best and certainly care about the patient's, can't fault them or the unit.
You can't get more pleasant staff anywhere. Lovely clean department
Efficient and a very busy unit. But as a holiday patient. Not great that we were there for my husband dialysis treatment while on holiday ( staying 50 minutes away) and I had to wait the 4 hours sat on my own for him to finish in the cold waiting room whilst sufferers anxiety and ADHD in a busy built up and rough city that we are not uses to as live in the countryside. No offer of a hot drink or anything... just unhelpful never had this in any other unit. ALWAYS able to sit with him. Will not be returning back here.
