    Refuse to help my autistic daughter who has severe anxiety and depression as well as separation anxiety. Even when her school put the request in after they refused my request, they refuse to help. Now my daughter has had to leave school and be home schooled as she cannot cope at all and they still refuse to help. It's almost like they are waiting for her to get to the point of no return. Even then I doubt they'd help. They let my son down in 2019 when they refused to help him and he was having very dark thoughts of harming himself. They dismissed him after an hour as I had removed him for his school so according to them, he was fine and away from his trigger. Nothing has changed.

    Still on the phone waiting to speak to someone after the gp said I had to make referral myself. An hour I’ve been on hold waiting for someone to answer. You need to change the name from cahlms to not cahlms

    The reception was saying I was shouting at her when my house is empty she was horrible get her sacked

    I wasn't able to call as I had forgotten what time was out of hours and when it's my mental health on the line I really should talk to someone even if it's for not very long
