We had a horrible experience today at this store when one of the employees came shouting not to try the testers. I wonder if the staff here are atleast trained on how to behave with customers and not just be racist. Atleast an apology would have been nice. Sad this store still runs in Bon Accord. Good luck!
First class shopping experience This store I'm talking about is situated in Aberdeen st. Nicolas centre . Wow ! What a fabulous shopping experience. I always love to shop in superdrug as they offer good discounts on many products. Gail I think she is store manager. She was my customer service provider , What a kind human, she was very helpful throughout my shopping to give me first-class experience also provided me with couple of samples which was bonus . Sometimes it's not about the extra but just when you feel welcome in a store that matters . Thank you
The quality of service received at St Nicholas Superdrug scores miles above that of any other, Charlie was outstanding, providing information on the products I was interested in, whilst also giving polite and friendly service she exhibited an outstanding educated knowledge of your product range. It’s the staff like this that keeps me coming back again and again. Gregg was also able to give great recommendations on a new cologne I know I already love. Lauren on the first isle I came to was able to direct to to the best products for my skin type and makeup goals. What a great team you have!!

I'm a bloke, got dragged in here by my other-half. What can I say, the toxic fumes of a thousand mixed aftershaves, perfumes and deodorants was almost unbearable. How can there be so many different types of creams to put on your skin? Each one offering a different Amino-cerymide-UV-glyco-Q10 mix to guarantee a new and improved look to your skin. And the prices of some of these creams is extortionate. For the prices paid I'm expecting to wake up next to Jennifer Anniston tomorrow. I'd like to say I'm not going back but I assume I'll be dragged in again by my beautiful other-half unless I'm banned after this review, in which case I'll go to the pub for a few pints, the beer goggles will achieve the same affect as the over-priced creams.
Have been here 3 times on past 2 weeks, & on every occasion found the staff to be very helpful & courteous. Several excellent special offers on @ present, particularly on Nivea products, & great buy 1 get 1 free electric toothbrushes -- bargains I took advantage of. Also very impressed that Superdrug now take medication foil packaging for recycling & donation purposes.
susan at the pharmacy was absolutely amazing with my vaccine procedure. she was very hygiene conscious and careful which made me feel in good hands. she explained my procedure in great detail and was happy to spend lots of time answering any questions i had. she was very friendly and warm. i left feeling reassured, well informed and well taken care of. i also left with susan’s contact details in case i had any issues post treatment. would 100% recommend. thanks again susan!
