   I signed up as an Avail client in November, and Charlotte and her team have been nothing less than fantastic. She assisted me in finding a better financial solution for some money held in a trust (and coordinated with that provider on my behalf when I was struggling to get through to them), and has since also supported in securing a mortgage for my new house purchase.
