I wouldn't call this a helpful service myself, some of the workers you get are loverly but others are highly unpressionable, my medication was messed up etc after a year of working with them I do not feel in a better place of mind if anything i feel more aggitated and unlistend too, feel very hopeless about trying anything else after this experience.

Rubbish service. Suffer from PTSD, have had very worrying feelings recently, really struggling. Been told I need specific trauma therapy and 3 consecutive times had my appointment cancelled without any explanation.

I've had negative experiences with mental health team in my area and its first time I've had to use one in a different borough. I had a assessment done with Kieran from the access team whilst at hospital. he was kind , patience and caring. He made me feel at ease that I could speak freely that I've never done before. Most important despite being at my worse he made me feel human again. Hopefully one day when I'm ready to. will nip into the garden centre what they own.

Contacted crisis team multiple times and nothing has been done. My now ex partner has severe Schizophrenia and has stopped taking his meds for over a year, he started smashing up the property and has become delusional and thinks he is a god. I had to leave the relationship after many attempts and referrals from me and other agencies because he thought I was a robot replacement of his real girlfriend and tried to strangle me. Now that I am no longer able to care for him, the rent is not being paid and all his benefits have been stopped and he's now being evicted because he cannot care for himself. The system is a joke, the rights of people with severe mental health to ruin theirs and others lives overrides the right to get well. Apparently because I was his full time carer I was expected to look after him. Unacceptable.

They are in it for the money. Overpaid Nurses and staff who have very little interest in the well being of their service users, and will do as little as possible for them as long as they get their pay cheque.

I've used this service previously, about 10 years ago and it was good. Its very dependant on the person who is allocated to you. But the last person I saw had an issue with some choices I make, which lead to it being a point of contention when I went. After 2 sessions I was told there are no appointments for a month. Which made me feel like I wasn't worth the time. The staff are nice on reception but when it comes to the actual session staff, from my experience, it's really no good. Had varied experiences with the Crisis team too. Mostly poor with the exception of one, with a young lady (F) in 2021 who helped me through some grief and stress. She actually helped alot at the time.

I wish I could give zero stars!! I cannot believe how our family and my grandfather who has been recently diagnosed with cancer has been treated. We have been lied to multiple times and my grandfather was discharged to a house without food and drink or anything in place for his care. For example, we were promised he would not be discharged until a care link system and key safe was in place. I was lied to by Jenny who confirmed it was in place but my brother told me it was not! Red Cross also confirmed it was not in place yet. Jenny also promised Red Cross would visit my grandfather for the next 7 days after discharge. Red Cross confirmed this was not true, so yet another lie. Jenny also confirmed after I explained how my grandfather was acting, said he sounds like he needs 24 hour care. I asked SO WHY DID YOU RELEASE HIM THEN! I am beyond shocked companies like this can get away with treating people this way. We are unbelievably disappointed especially at this time where my grandfather is seriously ill. I do not recommend Navigo in the slightest, unless you want them to let you and your family down!!

Navigo have no right to call themselves mental health services . They do not want to support anyone on a recovery . They want to sit on their arses getting paid a dec not wage for sitting on the telephone judging and claimong to be mental health specialist, they are not . They are merely people who want an easy job paid above national average wage to judge and play god with people's lives . Shame on you
