I have just begun my journey with Dental Law Partnership, and my experience so far has been very good. I feel I am in good hands and make a wise decision to put my concerns in their hands. I look forward to working with them.

I strongly advise anyone considering Dental Law Partnership (DLP) to read this carefully before instructing them. I terminated DLP’s retainer after months of delays, contradictory advice, and complete lack of substantive legal work on my dental-negligence case. They never prepared pleadings, never produced a schedule of loss, never engaged in any meaningful negotiations, and never provided an itemised ledger of their work despite multiple requests. After I accepted the Defendant’s Part 36 offer **personally** (having already withdrawn DLP’s authority), DLP still allowed the insurer to send my £15,000 damages to them, even though they had **no authority to receive those funds**. They also failed to provide any cost schedule or legal bill that would normally justify a solicitor’s involvement. To this day, no proper ledger has ever been provided to me. The overall impression is that DLP were prepared to take credit — and funds — for work they simply did not do. Serious concerns about their behaviour have already been raised with both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Legal Ombudsman (LeO). I believe regulatory scrutiny is essential when a firm asserts entitlement to client compensation while providing no documentary evidence of substantive work, no authority, and refusing to supply any itemised billing. My experience with DLP involved: • no substantive litigation work • no expert instructions • no quantum analysis • no negotiations after an unsupported counter-offer • no progress on disclosure • no settlement documents prepared • no ledger or cost breakdown ever provided • and ultimately, my damages being diverted to a firm that no longer represented me This is not just poor service — it raises questions about competence, transparency, and professional ethics. If you value clarity, accountability, and genuine legal representation, I strongly recommend choosing a different firm. The risk of delays, miscommunication, and financial mishandling is too high based on my experience. I hope my review helps others avoid the serious problems I faced with Dental Law Partnership.

Riya was amazing to work with. She made everything so much easier to understand and was always there to answer my questions. Super friendly, reliable, and on top of everything — I always felt like I was in good hands. I really appreciated how smoothly she handled the whole process. Would definitely recommend DLP to anyone looking for a great team!

The representation received by these solicitors I found to be very low quality and I regretted choosing these solicitors. I found the advice and experts being used to be low quality and not worthy of praise or recommendation. I had to be proactive in my claim and correspond directly with the defendant and their expert to ensure my claim was successful. I made the mistake of not checking the negative reviews about the DLP, Dental Law Partnership, after the unsatisfactory representation and complaints I had to make to the DLP I read the negative reviews and realised I made a mistake choosing this firm. There is a lot more negative things I could list but it would make my review significantly long so I will keep it basic. Fortunately I am very articulate and was able to represent my claim directly to the defendant which they accepted liability on that basis. I do NOT recommend these solicitors, the Dental Law Partnership. DLP. The service I received from them was far below the minimum standard i expected. Also read other negative reviews. They pay for positive reviews and use so called specialists who are been sued themselves.

I contacted the Dental Law Partnership after an injury occurred after having some dental treatment. Every member of the team I’ve spoken with has been compassionate and ready to listen. My assigned solicitor in my case was Nick Hampson who I cannot thank enough for he’s hard work over the time of managing my case. I’ve found Nick to be extremely helpful, compassionate and able to answer any queries I’ve had along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Dental Law Partnership to my friends and family. Thank you Nick & The Dental Law Partnership!

!!!!!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of time. I would highly recommend to AVOID this company at all costs. Bunch of college students that has not got a clue about law. I dealt with Olivia for my case which is a “trainee” I mean they put a trainee to manage my case so you can see how that went. Absolute shambles. 9 times out of 10 you would not be able to get hold of her because she was on annual leave the whole time. My case has been closed with no outcome after nearly two years of claim being pursued. Just goes to show what this company’s about. !!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

A cavalier group of lawyers and paralegals Destroying the NHS and contributing to the blame culture in the UK. They will encourage patients to try and find in anything and Everything, wasting everyone's time and Driving up costs ultimately for the public. Dentists are reluctant to take on new NHS patients because of firms like these.

Kyle Padley had dealt with my claim from start to finish and has been nothing but professional and efficient. He has regularly kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company, especially Kyle. Thank you!

I mainly dealt with both Olivia’s I feel the service was good given we was in the middle of a pandemic. It did take almost 3 years to be settled but made a horrible experience a lot easier. I was kept up to date throughout any questions answered and a prompt response. I feel the DLP acted in my best interests. All of the problems I encountered was listened to and put to paper in a way I never could. The fee’s was quite high and amounted to as much as my claim. The no win no fee agreement takes any stress away from it so I have no regrets. Would use again but hopefully I will never have to.
