   As a broker they called me. I asked for their FCA number and I was refused.by saying they CAN’T give it to me. I said of course you can! If you’re FCA regulated it’s your DUTY to give it to me on request I even said mine is … what is yours? I asked where they had my info from, again couldn’t tell me the source. They had NO idea how much I paid, the term or sum assured… my surname is Wood and the lead gen even got that wrong! I understand this business as I am a director of an insurance brokerage which is why I gave them the time of day. HOWEVER, I personally would not touch this company with a barge pole… I have reported to Vitality who they initially thought I was with (never been with them) to report their actions as the “advisor” got heated with me when I asked for FCA number and source of my data. As an advised broker… please stay clear.

   They cold call without even knowing your name saying they give free life insurance advice but as they are not FSA compliant it’s illegal. Just put the phone down. Any positive reviews for this company are clearly fake
