Do not bother to book an appointment here. They cancel it without justification and with no notice. Would have expected better from a big chain like this. Will be using local pharmacies from now on as they care about their customers.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Pharmacists always take the time to listen and help. Well stocked shop.

Saw their 3 for 2 Xmas gifts advertised, so we travelled over an hour to visit their bigger store.the store didn't have any of the gifts I wanted to buy and the smaller ones were the same. My daughter's will now not receive any of their preferred gifts for Xmas. Very disapointed with Boots.
Went into to have a prescription filled. Very friendly staff, very efficient. Pharmacist completed prescription while I waited which was not too long to wait.
The staff are very friendly and pro active to customers needs. The staff all serve with a smile, and are more than willing to answer any of your questions if asked. I definitely know these facts, as I, in the past had to go to said chemist on a daily basis.
Disappointing small branch for such a busy town. Not much to attract customers apart from the dispensary. Poor choice of perfume gifts for Christmas. Click and collect seems to be the thing. It's not surprising that shoppers go online if this shop is typical of high street shopping. Probably OK as a last resort.
