   When we opened the main front door a very strong smell of cooking coming from one of the lower floor apartments that was quite overbearing and had to hold the door open for several minuets before we could enter to go up the stairs. Once in the apartment and opened all the windows the smell wasn't as bad. also whilst opening the main bedroom blinds the whole unit fell off hitting me on the head, luckily i wasn't looking up so only a small lump and no major injury. This had been damaged before our check in and hadn't been fixed. Also under the bed was a pair of used panties a pair of socks and one ladies shoe. So room hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our check-in. Nice apartment that with a little tlc would make a huge improvement. Ripped Couch, TV didn't have a signal to watch live terrestrial only catch-up on most channels via the internet. Overall well equipped apartment and spacious ideal for visiting couples

   So I booked this apartment First thing my booking was cancelled making me re book with the property instead Then we arrived late Friday evening of a bank holiday We arrived and it was poorly kept in hall ways and at back passage out full Of rubbish and unused stuff for the apartment that obviously stuff that’s been misused When arriving we notice that the settee was broken and legs where broken and when u sat down the settee collapsed Also the settee had a huge dint in and tear in it The Floors where not cleaned Hoovered or moped The toilet seats was broken in one toilet The ceiling had soggy toilet rolls on which we didn’t notice as don’t use bathroom Till last morning (which the manager tried to insinuate we had done this ) Cheeky all to get out of paying a re fund Also there herbal Substance in a drawer in the bedroom my daughter of 11 was sleeping in Dirty towels in wardrobe The manger of who runs the property did then state due to the complaints to Leave and get a refund No sorry As she knew previously to us coming that she had, had people in that had damaged and not looked after the property Which we were not made aware of until we went later on the Friday evening When trying to find somewhere else we was unsuccessful due to be bank holiday and being late and we had a wedding The owner of manger stated she would get cleaner in which she did not the next day Till the morning we was leaving I was promised time and time for a refund or compensation which I never received Which I find quite rude
