   Literally chill and friendly. I had not believed that the British is very relaxing until I worked with Charles at Yupelet, very polite and helpful. As this is my first time abroad, I have afraid of document and accommodation processing but Charles made it easy. Some agents in Hull are pretty rude as they often urge me to make the deal. In contrast, Charles answer my questions patiently and give appropriate suggestion. Also appreciate his thoughfulness when he tried to find another female tenant when there were females in the house already! Additionally, the house is in good condition, newly refurbished with average price. Will experience whole year tenancy and feedback again!

   I moved to this shared house 2 weeks ago and from day 1, I just loved it. The view from my bedroom with 2 large Georgian windows is amazing with all the green trees. It’s also very private and quiet. It’s great that all rooms have en-suite plus 2 powder rooms for guests. The whole house is really nice with very helpful and friendly staffs, Monica and Graham who are responsible for the upkeep. Charles is just lovely and always accommodating with all my enquiries and requests. It’s a perfect place to live especially if you’re working at Hull Royal Infirmary because it’s literally like a stone’s throw away. I would totally recommend the place to anyone, it’s very good value for money and housemates are all professionals.

   I have been looking for a flat in Hull for a couple of weeks. Charles and his agency were highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I too highly recommend them to anyone moving to Hull! The building is well kept and clean, the flats are furnished and fitted to a very high standard, and most importantly the team are very kind, responsive, and supportive, making the move in process a seamless one. Highly recommended.

   Excellent and smooth moving in experience. Got in touch with Charles who was quite responsive and accommodating. Managed to get a weekend viewing (name me a place that offers that). Saw a couple properties managed by Yupelet with Charles and settled on Burnett House. Apartment was in near mint condition and quite clean and aesthetically well designed with majority of the white goods already present including 2 TVs! Overall very pleasant experience and Charles is quick to sort out any concerns/provide help when needed.
