   I moved out on 17 August and returned my keys the same day, which the agent confirmed. After that, they delayed my £150 deposit for weeks. They only paid me £50 and tried to take £100 for “cleaning and redecoration,” which was completely untrue. The matter went to the deposit dispute process, and I won — I was awarded all my money back. My experience living in the property was also poor. They never provided a vacuum cleaner, despite us asking for almost a year. When we had a mice issue, it took over three weeks for it to be resolved. Whenever we called for maintenance, they took a very long time to respond. Overall, the deposit process and property management was extremely stressful, especially as a student. I would not recommend them. Always keep records and be prepared to chase issues.

   Guys, I absolutely do not recommend this agency. The problem is that there’s no signal or internet where I live. I’ve sent this agency three emails, and every time they reply with “we’ll come next week,” but they never actually show up. They’re such amateurs — they come over to film promotional videos, which is just pathetic. How about fixing the existing problems before advertising your business? Big Noooo
